How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Birthdaynaturally Tree Service wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Can Hear
You may write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Birthdaynaturally Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Birthdaynaturally Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund payment for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@birthdaynaturally.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
